Tarallucci e Vino’s handmade artisanal panettone is an Italian Christmas & New Year classic. It is made from naturally leavened dough with a pure yeast starter, long mixing and fermentation times and all natural ingredients. We took our time and go through several attempts to learn and adapt and modify until we were satisfied with our final product. Our pastry chef Alessandro Fortini bakes two fragrant and fluffy flavors: Traditional Panettone is studded with raisins, candied fruit and sliced almonds; our Chocolate Panettone is made with rich, delicious chocolate and infused with orange essence. Our panettone cake weighs about 2 lb. 3 oz. and serves 12.

Storage Details
Our panettone is freshly baked and contains no preservatives or artificial flavors! Wrap in plastic and it will stay fresh for about 3-4 weeks.

In-Restaurant Availability 
We will have a limited number of panettone cakes available on a first come, first served basis each day in December during business hours at our UWS and Union Square locations.
