If you’ve visited the restaurant in the past few weeks (or if you follow our posts on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram), you’ve noticed some delicious new additions to our menus. Capesante crudo with kumquats and pink peppercorns. Handmade strozzapreti with ramps and favas. Clean, fresh flavors, produce from local farmers, and a renewed focus on the basic principles of Italian culinary philosophy: seasonality and simplicity.
We’ve got our new chef Andrew Welch to thank for all of that. We’re so proud and excited to have him – he’s come to us from some of Manhattan’s best kitchens and he’s got first dibs on the amazing local produce from his uncle’s organic farm in New Jersey.
You can read more about Chef Andrew, but we’d love for you to experience his incredible cooking firsthand. So we’ve created a special four-course tasting menu, and paired it with some of our favorite wines, to offer you a simple, delicious introduction to our new chef. We look forward to welcoming you soon. Buon appetito!
